HyperImage was developed and maintained as open-source research software by its authors in cooperation with academic and cultural-heritage partners. For many years, cross-institutional maintenance and development were coordinated through the Berlin-based company bitGilde IT Solutions UG.
Active successor development now continues with Yenda. This website preserves the history, documentation and scholarly record of HyperImage.
